Care Coordinator
This role is essential to keeping the clinic running smoothly and supporting both our patients and team. You are the first person our patients will talk to when they are seeking help! We’re looking for someone who’s warm, compassionate, dependable, organized, and communicates clearly. Responsibilities Include - Greeting patients in the office - Answering calls - Scheduling appointments and classes - Processing payment - Organizing meetings - Light clinic upkeep tasks
