We are filling a gap in the southern Rhode Island community for moms to get stronger during pregnancy and postpartum!

Exercise, including strength training, is not only safe during pregnancy and postpartum—it’s essential. It supports your body, boosts your mood, improves sleep, and helps you feel your best.

We’re here to help you move with confidence in a fun, welcoming space alongside other moms. All sessions are led by an experienced physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health and perinatal exercise, so you can feel strong, supported, and informed every step of the way.
