Strong, Supported, and Empowered—Through Every Phase of Motherhood
Exercise - especially strength training - is not just safe during pregnancy and postpartum. It is essential. It boosts mood, improves sleep, supports your changing body, and helps you feel your best.
Our Mom's Power Hour series offers a fun, welcoming space to move with confidence alongside other moms. Every class is coached by a Doctor of Physical Therapy certified in pelvic health and perinatal exercise, so you are supported and informed every step of the way.

"I looked forward to these workouts each week to get active again and regain strength after birth... in a space where we can do this with our little ones. Danielle is so knowledgeable and helpful with modifications for each individual mama. I can't wait for the next sessions!"
